Since clothing and accessories are subject to individual customization, the sale of personalized products is considered final.

However, at Glamerly, your satisfaction matters to us. In the event that an order is received damaged or has an apparent quality issue, your order may be replaced at no cost.

You have 10 days from the date of receipt to contact us via email (info@glamerly.com) with any questions or requests regarding a defective product. Please include several photos of the affected product(s).

For refunds, you may not need to return the damaged product in order to receive a replacement or credit. We will notify you.

Replacement of your order related to quality issues is at Glamerly's discretion. In the event that you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling fees, using the original payment method within 5 days.
